3rd Party Anti-virus software

Press windows key, type "Add or remove program", and in that list of programs, delete any that are antivirus. Here's a list of them: https://bestantivirus.com/antivirus-companies.html

Windows Security

You can use Defender Control to disable Windows Security

If it gives you an error regarding Tamper Protection simply look up Virus & Threat Protection on your windows search bar and disable it.
